Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of M/s Sid Legal Advisory And Services LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Services

We provide legal advisory and consultation services. The consultation fee of $150 (or equivalent in INR) is payable before the consultation, through the payment link we send when we confirm your booked slot. It is non-refundable and is credited toward future legal representation if the matter proceeds.

3. Consultation Sessions & Billable Hours

Unused consultation time may be carried forward. The following conditions apply to carried-forward consultation time: the minimum session duration is 10 minutes, carried-forward time is valid for 90 days, and it is non-transferable. For questions, write to enquiry@isitlegalsid.com.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel a booked consultation, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Later changes may be permitted at our sole discretion.

4A. Booking Conduct

We may refuse bookings from anyone who abuses the booking system, such as repeatedly holding slots that are not attended.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept payments in cryptocurrency via Phantom Wallet (Solana) and TronLink Wallet (TRON/USDT-TRC20). Crypto payments are subject to manual verification and order confirmation may take up to 24 hours. The client is responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks.

6. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website or scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of M/s Sid Legal Advisory And Services LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
